Improve collaboration and accelerate productivity
among senior leadership team members and company Boards
of Directors. This dynamic, interactive series focuses
on:
- Identifying and understanding differences of individual
leadership styles, individual perception filters,
and communication styles
- Harnessing these differences and using them as
strengths in achieving common goals
- Developing individual and group behavioral strategies
to increase performance
- Reducing conflict and stress by understanding
the underlying motivators of each individual
The members share critical component scores generated
by our Performance
MapSM as they relate to their ability
and willingness to confront, solve, and act on critical
issues. Each member receives an individual feedback
session prior to the team sessions. Two brief, follow-up
refresher meetings based on current, real-world business
issues are scheduled to ensure optimum performance
or help assimilate new leaders.
After participating in this series, each member will
be able to:
- Build trust
- Reconcile differing perceptions, without making
value judgments
- Have comfort with direct communication, confrontation
and dialogue
- Show proactive and collaborative action towards
team objectives
- Understand why other's style may be inspiring
or discouraging
- Reduce fear of conflict and engage in collaborative
debate
- Reduce ambiguity and improve decision making
- Recognize what causes stress, how to avoid it
and manage reactive behaviors
