The first step is an initial meeting with you to
identify any performance blockages. The second step,
Self OptimizerSM, is an individual feedback
and development session with each team member discussing
the results of their Performance
MapSM assessment results. The outcome
of this session gives the individual:
- A heighten self-awareness of their behaviors and
its impact on others
- An understanding of what motivates each team member
to optimum performance
- Tools so they can work effectively with others'
strengths and needs

The third step, Team OptimizerSM, is an
interactive group meeting or web-based meeting using
Performance
MapSM group reports to learn group
strengths and needs. It aligns team strengths with
business objectives. The meeting is a dynamic process
that:
- Builds trust and improves team cohesiveness
- Increases collaborative debate and reduces conflict
- Improves communication and problem solving skills
- Improves decision making and boosts productivity
- Heightens understanding of accountability and
commitment to themselves, the team, and other stakeholders
The fourth step, Team ProfilerSM, is a
meeting with you after the Team OptimizerSM
meeting to review any individual or team misalignments,
and to summarize any indicated actions to improve
future performance.
